City, NJ - During
a critical leg of the 2006 U.S. Senate race, incumbent
democrat Robert Menendez responds to reports of a federal
subpoena that was issued in regards to dealings Menendez
has had with a non profit organization, North Hudson Community
Action Corporation. His opponent in the upcoming election,
republican Tom Kean Jr, has alleged that this subpoena
points to unethical conduct on the part of Menendez. Menendez
has another theory about why news of this subpoena was
leaked to the press. This video is from his speech at
the Democratic State Convention in AC.
