Elliott speaks after an alleged drunk driver crashes his
car into the memorial for his late son, Ensign John Elliott,
who was killed 6 years ago by a different drunk driver
in the very same spot. In a terrible irony, the memorial
was smashed only a few days shy of the anniversary of
John's death.
